Welcome to Woods Elite Training! My name is Stefan Woods, and I am passionate about helping athletes reach their full potential on the basketball court. With over 15 years of experience as a player and coach, I have dedicated my life to the sport I love.
Having played at the college level, I understand the dedication and hard work it takes to improve your skills. My coaching philosophy focuses on building a strong foundation in fundamentals while also fostering a love for the game. 
At Woods Elite Training, I offer personalized training sessions, focusing on areas such as shooting, ball handling, defense, and basketball IQ. Whether you're a beginner looking to learn the basics or an advanced player aiming to refine your skills, I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs.

STARTER GROUP SESSIONS (AGE 6-8)

These group training sessions will focus on the learning the basic fundamental while keeping atmosphere fun and engaging. Starting at an early age is a great way to begin developing a strong foundation of basketball skills. The goal of these sessions is to create a positive environment that fosters a love for basketball while developing basic skills. BEGINNER GROUP SESSIONS (AGES 9-11)

Welcome to our Youth Basketball Training Program, where young athletes aged 9-11 can develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game! Our specialized training is designed to help children build a strong foundation in basketball through age-appropriate drills and exercises that enhance their technical abilities and teamwork. Program Highlights: Skill Development: Focus on fundamental skills including dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense. Our experienced coaches employ engaging drills that make learning fun and effective.
